Thatcher's Tire Pros & Auto Center

I booked through an AI scheduler that confirmed my tires and appointment and said the shop would call to confirm. Two and a half days later, no call. When I followed up, they didn’t have the tires, I wasn’t scheduled, and stock was another three days out. No apology. I was rescheduled four days later at 9 a.m. They said four tires plus alignment would take about two hours; checking a clunking noise might add an hour or more. I reserved a rental. After three hours with no update I went back in and was told it would be another hour. At checkout they said the alignment machine was down. I left unaligned and had to plan a 100-mile round trip to come back. At home my husband found that work included in their premium package wasn’t done: TPMS sensors, valve stems, and wheel weights were not changed. The next day they said I could come in anytime for the alignment. We told them the TPMS light was still on and at least one sensor needed replacing. We confirmed we could get in right away after the hour drive. That second visit took another two hours. We were charged for all four TPMS sensors on the second visit, and the tire pressure light is still on. Poor communication from booking throug

We were traveling south on hwy 53 with a big load of wood on an old trailer. had flats 15 miles apart with only one spare. Called tires plus but no 15 inch tires. They told us to call Thatchers which we did. They answered quick and told us to bring rims and come on in. They had the correct tires and mounted them in under 30 minutes. All with a smile and at a very fair price. The tech seemed very happy to help us and get us back up and running. Excellent place just excellent.

Outstanding experience! Needed boat tailer tires done, they said it would be the next day for pick up. Well gotta a call and was able to pick up the same day. The new office girl Charisma was very very helpful.

I appreciate the friendly, honest, and helpful team at Thatcher's. They can always get me in for repairs or maintenance in a reasonable amount of time, and they communicate well throughout the process so that there are no surprises.
